An unnamed boy (born c.2001) created a Holographic monster in order to scare Central City. He was eventually stopped by The Flash.[1]
Biography
This unnamed boy was teased by the kids of his school. He was ill-treated and had an unsecured time in school. To make others feel the fear like him, he created a Holographic monster and scared everyone around Central City. After getting caught by The Flash he was counseled by detective Joe West and sent to pay for his crime.[1]
