Overall this was a much better episode then the last one. They focused on the villains and developed them a bit further. Ricardo Diaz was made more intimidating in this episode then the previous episode that he was in. Anatoly didn't bring much to the episode and they made Black Siren look weak as hell, the fact that she got taken down by Oliver on two separate occasions without any resistance, okay the first one I can understand, he took them by surprise but the second attempt she just stood there and took it.
Vigilante was made more intimidating and I am looking forward to seeing what happens with him now that he has been exposed to Dinah. I loved the Huntress mention, so hopefully we might see her down the line.
I can understand why the recruits have a hard time letting go, they were betrayed by Oliver and while he finally did apologise for it, he still went behind their back and spied on them, at least he was willing enough to admit he was wrong. This can't be said for the same as Felicity & Diggle, when they told the recruits about the bug they came off as very high and mighty like they usually do. I loved the Quentin/Thea interactions; I think the two work well off each other and am looking forward to seeing if they can jumpstart the Black Siren Redemption storyline.
Overall it was a good episode and they need to do more episodes like this, focus on the action and less of the romance drama because that sucks. I am hopefully that the series might improve but we will have to see how it goes. Â
