Star City Trust Bank is a bank located in Star City.
History
In 2016 Chinese Triad used Star City Trust Bank for money laundering. An employee of the bank, publicly known as Vigilante, using his hacking skills trying to stop them.[1]
Sometime later, Team Arrow broke in to the bank under the guise of being Eric Dunn's skull-masked gang, attempting to draw the attention of the now-murderous Vigilante. He saw through the ruse and held one of the team's own hostage, before escaping before he could be unmasked.[2]
