"I'm a scientist and a novelist; I run S.T.A.R. Labs, and also I'm an author of science-romance."
—Harrison "H.R." Wells on his job.[src]

S.T.A.R. Labs is an advanced scientific facility on Earth Nineteen that was headed by Harrison "H.R." Wells. As the head of the company, H.R. Wells assisted the Flash of his Earth in capturing their universe's meta-human criminals.

History

Harrison "H.R." Wells ran S.T.A.R. Labs on Earth Nineteen before coming to visit Earth One. As a charismatic person, H.R. Wells served as the "face" of his company, as well as the "ideas man", while the more qualified scientists would execute these ideas. According to H.R. Wells, he was there when his Earth's Team Flash stopped all the meta-humans in "World War M", taking on an advisory role. Eventually, H.R. Wells was defamed for being unqualified in the practical side of science, unable to even operate basic technology. Despite that, he kept in touch with his partners from S.T.A.R. Labs, with one of them managing to decypher the text sent by Harrison "Harry" Wells from Earth Two.[1]
