An unnamed woman is the cousin of Ray Palmer and Sydney Palmer.
Biography
When Ray Palmer saw Kara Danvers in her civilian outfit, he told Felicity Smoak that Kara looked a lot like his cousin.[1]

- Ray saying she looks similar to Supergirl is a reference to the movie Superman Returns in which the role of Superman is portrayed by Brandon Routh, the actor who portrays Ray Palmer in the shared multiverse. Supergirl is, of course, the cousin of Superman.
