Rand O'Reilly is an opponent of the theory of climate change, which Rudy Jones wanted to kill.
Biography
As an opponent of the theory of climate change, Rand O'Reilly has often clashed with the work of Rudy Jones. As the latter became infected with an alien parasite and begins targeting anti-global warming politicians, J'onn took Rand's appearance to lure the so called "Parasite".
However the creature managed to escape and attacked the real Rand O'Reilly, that was saved by Mon-El, who distracted Parasite allowing Rand to escape.[1]
