Nylander is a former member of the Jackals.
Biography[]
Nylander was initially seen as an old friend of Slade Wilson who helped him in some things in the past; however, Slade discovered that he was involved around disappearance of his son Joe Wilson and that he was the apparent leader of a criminal group called Jackals, but he was revealed to be a henchman to an actual leader - Slade's son. He participated in putting the explosives in Kasnia's water supply in order to destabilize the country, but he was defeated by Oliver Queen and arrested by Kasnian authorities, including other members, except for Joe who escaped.
It is unknown what happened to him after the destruction and recreation of the universe.
