Lloyd Li was a resident of Midvale, the husband of Amy Li, and the father of Kenny Li.

After Lloyd's son Kenny was murdered, he and his wife Amy were questioned by Sheriff Collins and Deputy Clemens. They were asked as to whether he had any enemies, but they were unsure. Kara Danvers appeared and promised to find Kenny's missing telescope, but Lloyd believed it pointless.[1]
