Biography
Early life
Kirby did 5 years in Iron Heights Prison for stealing a couple of million credit card pin numbers.[1]
Assisting Carrie Cutter
Kirby Bates helped Carrie Cutter track down the Arrow's base of operations via triangulation. After he did so, he was killed by Carrie Cutter.[1]
