An unnamed man is a retired police officer of the Central City Police Department, the father of the late Joseph West, and the paternal grandfather of Iris West-Allen.
Biography[]
At some point in his life, the man became a police officer. This would inspire his granddaughter, Iris West-Allen, to also pursue a career in law enforcement.[1]
