Hoshaw Tolibao, also known as Brother Hoshaw, is a member of the Church of Blood.
Biography[]
Hoshaw had a previous history of a mental illness, though Abel recruited him for the Church of Blood regardless. This mental illness led him to take a hostage atop Winick Tower with a gun. The Arrow beat up Hoshaw, saving the hostage, and Hoshaw was soon arrested by the cops.[1] He was taken to Starling City Police Department, where he was questioned by ADA Laurel Lance as to why he'd refused a lawyer, giving the reason that he was righteous, therefore he would need no advocate, and he would be protected by his god.[2]
