Greg Osborne is a criminal who worked for Vincent Steelgrave and later Werner Zytle.
Biography[]
After their gang leader was arrested by Arrow, Greg complained that the police had decided not to prosecute him anymore and would therefore focus more on them. Werner Zytle later took control of the gang. During a fight with their gang, Arrow was given a GPS, so they discovered that he was inside a restaurant which they shot with a bazooka.
It is unknown what happened to him after Zytle's arrest and the destruction and recreation of the multiverse.
