An unnamed boy (born c. 2001) created a holographic monster in order to scare Central City. He was eventually stopped by the Flash and arrested.
Biography[]
The boy was teased by the kids of his school. He was ill-treated and had an unsecured time in school. To make others feel the fear like him, he created a holographic monster and scared the residents of Central City.
After getting caught by the Flash, he was counseled by detective Joe West and sent to pay for his crimes.[1]
