After a massive earthquake on National City, the D.E.O. headquarters went on emergency situation with the risk of the alien convict Jemm releasing the other prisoners. Tsung, along with Reynolds and Hank Henshaw began hunting Jemm through the building. Jemm eventually ambushed them and killed both Tsung and Reynolds, with only Henshaw surviving.[1]
