In late 2016, the Chinese Triad used Star City Trust Bank for money laundering, which Vigilante attempted to stop using his hacking skills.[1]
In November 2016, Team Arrow broke into the bank under the guise of being Eric Dunn's skull-masked gang, the Spooky Crew, in an attempt to draw out the murderous Vigilante. Vigilante saw through the ruse and held Mr. Terrific hostage. Vigilante battled Green Arrow and eventually escaped before he could be unmasked.[2]
