Raffi Darbinyan was a member of the Darbinyan crime family.
Biography[]
The Darbinyan crime family held a meeting at Amarasia Oasis, which was headed by Raffi's uncle, Araz. As he began talking, he began to inhale The Mist, causing him to choke on the toxic gas. Raffi tried to help, but ultimately choked and died too, along with the rest of the family.[1]
