The headquarters of the D.E.O. was located in a desert in the United States, acting as one of the several facilities used by the organization.
History[]
The department and headquarters were founded by U.S government to investigate the aliens that could possibly invade Earth.[1]
The D.E.O. is shown to have another facility in National City, California.[2]
In late 2018, the traitor agent Taylor broke into the facility to free Kopy, an unnamed Hellgrammite, and the Angon alien parasite and hand them over to Mercy and Otis Graves.[3]
It can be assumed it was destroyed when the Antimatter wave destroyed all of California (Earth-38).[4] However, as the D.E.O. of Earth-Prime was seemingly always public and owned by Luthor Corp, this facility somehow no longer exists on Earth-Prime; The headquarters is instead conducted at the National City HQ.
