Jesse Federico (died 2018) was a previous inhabitant of the Zandia Orphanage and a childhood bully of Ricardo Diaz. He was later killed by Diaz out of revenge.

Early life[]
As an unwanted orphan, Jesse lived in an orphanage where he bullied younger kids who he deemed as easier targets, such as Ricardo Diaz, who gained an internal hatred after he burned the only picture Diaz had left of his father. After getting out of the system, Jesse cleaned up his act and started a family.[1]
Death[]
Diaz, who let his hatred take full control over him, abducted Jesse from his home and burned him alive on a rooftop in front of Laurel Lance.[1]
Legacy[]
Jesse's murder by Diaz's hands was the turning point for Laurel, who was appalled by Diaz's methods[2] and betrayed him to Oliver Queen and Quentin Lance.[3] Ironically, sometime after Diaz was placed in prison after he betrayed A.R.G.U.S., Jesse was avenged when Diaz himself was burned to death by Oliver's half-sister, Emiko Adachi.[4][5]
