Gavin Carnahan (died March 2013) was an assistant district attorney of Starling City under Kate Spencer and a target/victim of The Savior.
Biography[]
Unlike Joseph Falk/The Savior's first victim, John Nickel, Gavin Carnahan was not a generic "bad guy"; he was the party Joseph held responsible for failing to prosecute his wife's killers. Understandably, Carnahan failed to make a well-formulated, persuasive argument for this oversight while terrified for his life. As a result, Carnahan was "executed" by Falk and shot to death.[1]
