Carl was an engineer at Lord Technologies prior to the destruction of Earth-38 by a wave of antimatter.
Biography[]
Carl was almost taken captive by Reactron who was looking for someone with a background in nuclear fission to fix his suit. However, Reactron was prevented from doing so by Maxwell Lord who had him let go of Carl and offered to fix the Reactron's suit himself. Carl later reported to Supergirl when she arrived that Lord had been taken.[1]
