Allison Slater is a vigilante in Star City and a former officer of the Central Intelligence Agency. She was one of the potential candidates considered to succeed Laurel Lance as Black Canary.

Allison Slater trained extensively in martial arts, earning three black belts and becoming a world champion in judo. She joined the Central Intelligence Agency at some point prior to 2016 and soon became a highly honored and decorated agent.[1]
Vigilante activities[]
Following the events of Genesis Day in 2016, Allison emerged as a vigilante. She did neighborhood night patrols in Star City and worked with an individual named James W.[1]

- Peak of human physical condition: As a vigilante, regarded martial artist, and ex-CIA officer, Allison is in top physical form.
- Master hand-to-hand combatant/Martial artist: Allison is a world champion in judo, third-degree black belt, and former agent of the CIA, making her an excellent unarmed combatant and martial artist.
