Emily Bett Rickards is a Canadian actress who plays Felicity Smoak on Arrow. She was born and raised on the west coast of Canada and developed her love of performing at a young age. She did musical theatre and dancing wanting to go into bigger acting as she grew up. Leaving high school early, she attended a film school to complete an Acting Essentials Program. Following the completion of the program, she attended an open call audition which earned her an agent.
