Dr. Douglas "Doug" Miller is the head of applied sciences for Palmer Technologies. He is on The List and secretly worked for Malcolm Merlyn.
Biography
After discovering that Doug's name was on "The List", Walter Steele called him to his office. He claimed to have knowledge that The Hood would target someone from Queen Consolidated, with them having red-flagged him. Miller pretended to know nothing, as he claimed that he wasn't a white collar criminal like the others. Following their chat, Doug went to Malcolm Merlyn, telling him of Walter's knowledge of The List, leading to Malcolm deciding to personally take care of Walter.[1]
