- This episode marks the 5th main character to discover Oliver is The Hood. The others being Diggle, Helena, Felicity, and Tommy. Malcolm is also the first major villain to discover his secret identity.
- When discussing the data that Felicity downloaded from the Merlyn mainframe, she says "... there's at least a teraflop of data to go through". As an I.T. expert, Felicity would not have made this mistake; a teraflop is a measurement of processing speed not data quantity (terabyte).
