An unnamed man was an assassin hired by Malcolm Merlyn to Oliver Queen and he posed as a butler while attempting to perform the hit.
Biography
After Oliver Queen was arrested on suspicion of being The Hood, Malcolm Merlyn hired this man to kill him. This man managed to infiltrate Oliver's party while he was under house arrest and disguised himself as a butler. When Oliver went to a room to be in private this man attempted to kill him with a silenced pistol. Oliver managed to stop him and they got into a fight. During the fight Oliver's ankle monitor got knocked off and this alerted Quentin Lance who went to investigate. This man manged to grab his pistol during the fight but before he could shoot Oliver he got shot twice by Quentin Lance.
