Dr. Avery Pressnall is a psychiatrist residing in Star City. She works at St. Walker's Hospital and is the former psychiatrist of Carrie Cutter.
Biography[]
In 2011, Avery Pressnall evaluated Carrie Cutter at St. Walker's Hospital for the Star City Police Department. After three months of therapy, she diagnosed Carrie with attachment disorder.[1]
In 2014, The Arrow came to talk to Avery about Carrie, because she started a wave of murders in Star City.[2]

- High-level intellect/Psychiatrist: Avery is a very qualified psychiatrist, as she earned a BSc, M.D., and PhD.[1] Avery was able to successfully diagnose Carrie Cutter and even deduce the Arrow could benefit from therapy after their brief interaction.[2]
